We hear the term HVAC a lot more these days in new stories, especially in regard to Air Quality.
HVAC stands for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning is the technology of indoor and vehicular environmental comfort. Its goal is to provide thermal comfort and acceptable indoor air quality.
How we all long for Clean Air and it is the Ventilation that we are finding is ever more important.
You probably know that there is a button, in your car, that allows you to recirculate the air rather than draw in fresh cold air from outside. This might give comfort quickly in your car BUT it is not desirable when it comes to the workplace. We need good ventilation and a quick exchange of air in offices, schools, hospitals and anywhere else indoors where groups of people spend their time.
COVID has taught us the importance of good ventilation so that we don’t re-circulate our air which aids the spread of our germs and viruses.
