M&M Direct are the UK’s leading online discount sports and clothing retailer, and due to their phenomenal success over recent years needed to expand their call centre and IT facilities.
RSSAC Ltd was awarded the contract to use heat pump technology to maintain a comfortable working environment for their 150 call centre staff and to maintain a constant temperature for the hub of technology in the server rooms.
The AC design consisted of 14 heat pump cassettes in the main call centre and four wall mounted units within the server room. Due to the nature of their business it was important to keep within the tight work schedule and thanks to the perfect working harmony of all the contractors the project was finished a week ahead of plan.
